This blog is designed to document infants/toddlers with disabilities using an iPad to promote their development. I hope to show how this new technology can help children with disabilities develop their communication, play, pre-literacy, cognitive, visual/auditory and motor skills.

We Have Reached our Goal and More
We are going to keep on collecting donations for One iPad at a Time. My original goal was 3 to 4 iPads a year but due to the wonderful contributors hopefully we will may be able to shoot for more. Thanks everyone. The first iPad has been ordered and the grant is out for everyone. We have a good start on saving for our next iPad.
Special Thanks to our Chipin Contributors

I just found this site yesterday! I have 2 year old twins one who suffers from a mitochondrial disease leaving her severly developmentally delayed. We purchased a iPad for her a few months ago after seeing her light up when playing with a vision teachers. She has sooooared since having it, it is truly amazing how much she has learned and accomplished since and I really do attribute a lot of it to the iPad :) I will be following thisblog from now on!
