This blog is designed to document infants/toddlers with disabilities using an iPad to promote their development. I hope to show how this new technology can help children with disabilities develop their communication, play, pre-literacy, cognitive, visual/auditory and motor skills.

C uses iPad to answer questions
C is using the app Answers Yes No to answer questions about what he wants to play with. This is the first time we have used this app. I have now made a template to prevent the accidental swipes. C is 2 years old with cerebral palsy and seizure disorder. www.babieswithipads.blogspot.com using iPads to promote development with infants and toddlers with special needs

Answers Yes No
Simple app that you ask the child a question and they tap yes or no to answer. I was very pleased with how it worked for 3 toddlers yesterday. I plan on making a template out of craft foam to prevent accidental answers. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to mount the craft foam for easy on and off?
